Character First: North Heights Junior High

The objective of Character First is to recognize middle school students who have displayed outstanding character traits during the previous grading period. Oaklawn Rotarians periodically honor two students from each Texas Middle School; Liberty Eylau School, Pleasant Grove Middle School, and North Heights Middle School. The students from each school are nominated by the faculty of their school.

Taylor Ledford

Taylor Ledford

Taylor is a wonderful student to have at North Heights Junior High.  She embodies willingness to share, but she is just as eager to learn.  Taylor understands the importance of having a strong work ethic, persistence, and intellectual integrity.  We take great pleasure in having a student of this stature on our campus, exhibiting and modeling great character.  We feel very confident that she will be extremely successful in all her future endeavors.  She is a focused and determined young lady.  Her character is something to be admired.
